VitalBrew accepts returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for returns.
Gift cards, digital products, and clearance items are also non-returnable.
Requesting a Return

Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number from VitalBrew.
Returns without an RA number may be refused.
Return Shipping

Damaged or Defective Products
If your VitalBrew product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
VitalBrew will provide a replacement or full refund for defective items.
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for products of the same value.

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and will follow the standard return policy.
